How do commissions work?

Jessabelle Handmade Jewelry aims to make the commission process simple and painless. Simply fill out the commissions form (coming soon!) and we'll get back in touch with you in 7-10 business days. Please note that all commissions require a deposit based on the design and the materials.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer free shipping on all domestic U.S. orders and $10 shipping to Canada and Europe. Additional shipping fees apply to expedited shipping options. We hope to ship worldwide soon- stay tuned!

How does the repair warranty work?

Any piece that you purchase from us comes with a free repair warranty that's good for one calendar month! Simply fill out the repairs form and we'll provide you with a shipping label and estimated time for repairs. Please note that this warranty only applies to natural defects or faulty products.

What's your return policy?

Our products may be returned within two weeks of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, you must provide proof that the product is faulty or contains defects. Pieces that have been worn may not be returned. Jessabelle Handmade Jewelry remains the right to determine whether an item qualifies for returns.
